You'll send me a few pieces of source content (could be podcast interviews you've done, or recordings of office hours you've hosted, or your own solo podcast episodes, or blog posts, or past emails... you get the gist)	My team and I go through your source content and mine it for gold nuggets — i.e. chunks of stuff that you said from those past pieces of content, that could (with a little polishing and re-formatting) stand alone as a piece of short form content.
